Rarely needed, unless you wish to shorten a barrel without cutting the muzzle. We always recommend saving the muzzle by shortening at the breech to eliminate a visibly off center muzzle due to possible run-out. We can cut most standard threads. Price includes shortening the breech and re-threading for the plug. Removing an old plug is additional cost, and is quoted on an individual basis of time and materials.

Please specify the thread diameter and pitch you require, and the length of the barrel with or without breechplug.

Installing the plug, #LABOR-BP, is additional, and should be done at the same time!
