
Build your own hand finished Green River butcher knife using our #Blade-But-06, brass cutler's rivets and walnut scales. Our knife kits include:
6" butcher knife blade with an overall length of 10-1/2". Blade has been forged from .094" thick carbon cutlery steel. It has been properly tempered to sharpen quickly and hold an edge. Made in the U.S.A. by America's oldest cutlery, Russell Green River.
Pair of American black walnut handle scales, 3/8" thick by 1.5" x 5". Handles are unfinished, ready to accept stain, finish or sealer.
